In the event of a technical pricing error, we are not bound to honor the incorrect price and will notify affected customers immediately. 5.3. Payment: All transactions are processed via secure, 3D-protected gateways. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Global Reach: WLDN offers international shipping. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. 6.2. Inspection: Customers should examine garments upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 7 days.
7. Returns and Hygiene
7.1. Due to the intimate nature of our products, WLDN enforces a strict hygiene policy. Underwear that has been opened or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged. 7.2. 8.1. Our co-founder, Dylan, and the WLDN brand interact extensively on social media. 8.2. By tagging WLDN in your content or posting reviews, you grant the brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your content in our marketing materials.
